Breakfast Biscuit Sandwich

Ingredients 

  • 1 biscuit warmed (I used my sweet friend Janet's recipe, [Edna's Cafe Biscuits])
  • 1 tablespoon butter divided
  • 2 strips bacon heated (I used Costco Hormel frozen fully cooked bacon)
  • 1 Egg fried

Instructions

  • Cut biscuit in half. Spread 2 teaspoons of the butter inside.
  • In a small nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook egg as desired.
  • Place on buttered biscuit, top with bacon. Serve hot with remaining butter.
