Ingredients 

  • 8 ounce wheel of brie
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Once the oven is preheated, unwrap your cheese and place it in a small Dutch oven or shallow dish.
  • Bake your brie for 25 minutes. Remove the Brie from the oven and top it with the maple syrup and thyme.
  • Serve and enjoy!

  • Use a small Dutch oven or shallow dish for baking to prevent the cheese from spreading too much.
  • Wait to bake until just before serving for the best texture and presentation
