Make homemade BBQ Pork Buns (Baked Char Siu Bao) from scratch with flavor-packed grilled pork tenderloin inside a light and airy roll for a full dim sum experience at home.

Pork Cloves Ginger Peanut Oil Maltose Honey  Hoisin Sauce 

CHAR SIU

Soy Sauce Oyster Sauce Cooking Wine Five Spice Powder Sesame Oil Chicken Stock

DOUGH

Yeast Sugar  Flour  Egg Oil Salt

Trim and slice the pork into 4 pieces. Marinate Pork. Grill pork. Dice up cooked pork.

Use the diced pork to make the BBQ Pork Bun filling.     

Make your dough and let it rise.  Divide dough into 12 portions. Roll out dough. Put filling in dough and pinch up the sides.  Bake.
