MAIN INGREDIENTS
all purpose flour
unsalted butter
eggs
sugar
whole milk
blueberries
STREUSEL TOPPING
flour
vegetable oil
sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350° & lightly grease a muffin tin.

Prepare streusel topping and set aside. Then whisk together flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl & set aside.

In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, vanilla and milk. Add flour mixture and combine. Stir in blueberries.

Divide batter evenly into 12 muffin cups. Sprinkle muffins with streusel topping.

Bake at 350º for 20 to 25 min, until a tester inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool before serving.

For the streusel topping you can substitute oil for butter.
Use a scoop to perfectly portion out the muffins.
