The Breville Smart Oven and the newer Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer can be tricky to find larger pans that will fit. Read on to view some of our favorite pans that FIT!

We love loved our Breville Smart Ovens ever since we brought them home almost a decade ago! However, finding the right pans for it can be a little tricky—it’s just the tiniest bit too small for most 9×13-inch pans as well as most standard-size muffin pans.

HOWEVER, there are pans out there that will fit!

With the release of our new review of the Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer, we wanted to make things easy for you by posting a round-up of the best pans that we’ve tested and that fit in our Breville Smart Ovens.

WHAT PANS FIT IN A BREVILLE SMART OVEN TOASTER OVEN?

The Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer and Breville Smart Oven are both just a bit too narrow to fit many standard pans. However, these pans have all been tested and shown to fit inside, so you can get cooking right away!

USA PAN BAKEWARE 9 X 13 RECTANGULAR CAKE PAN

I love my USA Pans, and this 9×13 is no exception! It bakes evenly, releases well, and cleans up like a dream. Be aware that this is a tight fit: it slides in and out easily, but it does go very close to the sides of the oven.

OXO GOOD GRIPS NON-STICK PRO JELLY ROLL, 9 X 13 INCH

We love our quarter sheet pans for baking cookies in the toaster oven! We bought ours from a local kitchen store because they have matching lids. However, this Oxo is very similar to the one we use, and I love the Oxo brand! (not sponsored, just true).

CASAWARE 13 X 9 NON-STICK CERAMIC COOKIE SHEET / JELLY ROLL PAN

This quarter-size cookie sheet has a ceramic nonstick coating on it, so you can’t use the broil setting without risking damage to your pan. However, it is excellent for pretty much everything else—especially cookies!Read More4

ONEMORE Ceramic Baking Dish, 9×13

These no-handle glass ceramic pans fit perfectly in the Breville Smart Oven. The glass glides in and out easily, and they are deep enough to hold a casserole or lasagna without a problem. If we’re broiling in the oven, we’re definitely using this pan.

CASAWARE NON-STICK CERAMIC LASAGNA/ROASTER PAN, 13 X 10 X 3-INCH

This has the same nonstick ceramic coating as the cookie sheet above, so you can’t broil it, but it is a great pan for lasagnas and other deeper-dish baking. It’s surprisingly large, actually, and can fit full lasagna noodles and still have room for a shorter horizontal row at the bottom.

CHEFMADE 12 CUPS NON-STICK MUFFIN PAN SET (2 PACK)

A STANDARD 12-CUP MUFFIN PAN! It actually fits! The catch is that the muffin pan has very little space around the edges and sides, so you have to be careful to not overfill these pans or to smush the muffins when you remove them from the oven.

For Bake Carbon Steel Nonstick Bakeware Muffin Pan (9-Cup)

If you’d like a little more space to fill your muffins and a little more rim to take them out of the oven, this 9-cup pan will work great. (Also, if you like to dress up a boxed mix, this pan is the perfect size for a small box of cornbread muffins.)

BREVILLE 13-INCH PIZZA CRISPER PAN

I know a pizza pan comes with the Breville, but if you like a really cooked-through crust, this crisper pan is a must. The larger-size holes keep your pizza and toppings in but allow great air flow to cook the bottom of your pizza. (I particularly like using them with frozen pizzas.)
