A taco bar is a great way to feed a crowd and lets everyone make their taco just the way they want it. Pressure Cooker Chicken Taco Filling, Shredded Pork Tacos, Carne Asada Tacos, Cafe Rio Sweet Pork Barbacoa Salad.
Chicken Apple Salad with Candied Walnuts – the candied walnuts are easy to make in a skillet and take the salad from ordinary to wow.

Strawberry Mango Salsa and Cinnamon Tortilla Chips – a great appetizer or side dish. I’ts fresh, colorful, light and refreshing.
Fresh Strawberry Pie – my daughter’s favorite pie. She always wants it for Thanksgiving, but pick some strawberries up at the Farmer’s Market and see how amazing a strawberry pie can be.
