If you’re someone who loves baked goods but doesn’t always have the time or energy to make them from scratch, then you’re going to love this recipe for homemade Strawberry Cookies using a cake mix! These cookies are quick, easy, and super tasty, making them a favorite for many people.

One of the reasons people love these cookies is because they’re made with a cake mix. This means that you don’t have to worry about measuring out a bunch of ingredients or dealing with complicated instructions. Instead, you can simply mix the cake mix with a few other ingredients, shape the dough into cookies, and bake them to perfection.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of cake mix should I use?

You can use any brand or flavor of cake mix that you like, but for this recipe, we recommend using a strawberry-flavored cake mix to give the cookies that delicious fruity taste.

How long do these cookies last?

Homemade strawberry cookies can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. However, they’re so tasty that they’re likely to be gone long before then!

Can I use fresh strawberries instead of a cake mix?

While you could try using fresh strawberries in this recipe, it would require some adjustments to the ingredients and measurements. We recommend sticking with a cake mix for the best results.

    Strawberry Cookies

    Ingredients

    • 1 box strawberry cake mix about 15 ounces
    • 2 eggs
    • ⅓ cup oil
    • 1 cup white chocolate chips

    Instructions

    • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). This allows the oven to heat up to the correct temperature while you’re preparing the dough.
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry cake mix, eggs, and oil. Use a whisk or an electric mixer to blend the ingredients together until they are fully incorporated. It is important to make sure there are no lumps in the dough.
    • Add the white chocolate chips to the bowl and stir to distribute them evenly throughout the dough.
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. This will prevent the cookies from sticking to the sheet and make clean up much easier.
    • Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Leave about 2 inches of space between each cookie to allow for spreading during baking.
    • Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake the cookies for 7 minutes, or until they are lightly golden brown on the edges. Keep a close eye on them to avoid over-baking.
    • Once the cookies are done, remove the baking sheet from the oven and allow the cookies to cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. This helps the cookies to set and avoid breaking when removing them from the sheet.
    • Repeat the process with the remaining dough until all the cookies are baked.
    • Finally, serve and enjoy your delicious Strawberry Cookies! They can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
