    What is Cinco De Mayo?

    Cinco de Mayo is a Mexican holiday held on the 5th of May every year. It celebrates the date that the Mexican army won the Battle of Puebla in 162 agains the French Empire.

    The holiday is celebrated with colorful and musical parades, dancing, reenactments, and of course, food!

      Baked Tacos??? Wow. But I think what got me was the mango on a skewer. I grill fruit including mango
      and that is sooooo good. Great round up of recipes!!!!
